Yogurt Marinated Chicken Thighs are a quick and tasty recipe for weeknight dinners. This easy grilled chicken thighs recipe uses boneless, skinless chicken thighs and a delicious garlic, ginger, yogurt chicken marinade. Such an easy, healthy dinner idea for summer evenings!

1 Cup Stonyfield Plain Yogurt 1 Tablespoons Olive Oil 1 Tablespoon Garam Masala 2 Tablespoons Garlic Paste or 3 Tablespoons minced garlic 1/2 Tablespoon Ground Ginger 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon sea salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs
Combine the first 7 Ingredients (through the chicken a large bowl and stir to combine.
Add in the chicken and toss to combine. Spoon the yogurt over the chicken to make sure all is covered.
Cover and store in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
Coat grill or grill pan with oil. When ready to cook, heat grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
Remove chicken from yogurt but no need to pat dry. Cook each chicken thigh for 5-6 minutes per side or until internal temp reaches 165F.
