We have taken our favorite Bulletproof Coffee Recipe and turned it into a creamy smoothie, just perfect for starting any day. You can make this Keto Coffee Smoothie from scratch or use pre-made Bulletproof Cold Brew Coffee, the choice is yours!

Instructions

  • Brew 1 cup strong coffee using the ground coffee and filtered water.
  • Add the hot coffee, MCT oil and ghee to a high powered blender. Blend until frothy and totally combined. This is your Bulletproof Coffee and if you prefer a hot cup of coffee in the morning, you can stop right here!
  • Keeping the Bulletproof Coffee in the blender, add the Collagen Powder, Greek yogurt, and ice.
  • Blend until combined. If you'd like you can add more ice to achieve your desired consistency.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

If wanting to make the easy version, simply add the cold brew coffee, Greek Yogurt, and ice to a high powered blender. Blend until combined. Enjoy!
