Ingredients

  • Ice
  • ¾ Cups Aperol
  • ¾ Cup prosecco
  • ¼ Cup soda or sparkling water
  • 1 Orange slice

Instructions

  • Fill 2 glasses with ice. Pour the Aperol over the ice.
  • Add the prosecco and the orange slice and finish with a splash of soda or sparkling water.

Notes

  • You can make it less boozy if you want. Just triple the amount of sparkling water or soda.
  • You can also use grapefruit slices or lemon slices as a garnish
  • This is an incredibly refreshing drink that’s slightly bitter (Aperol is slightly bitter). You can make it less bitter by adding more prosecco.
