Add one cup of water to the inner pot of a 6-quart Instant Pot. Place a trivet in the pot and stack patties on top.
Close and secure the lid and pressure valve. Cook on Manual High Pressure for 12 minutes, then do a quick pressure release.
Carefully remove the lid of the pot, then transfer the patties out using a pair of tongs.
Open foil packs, transfer to buns, and top with cheese and your desired toppings.
