This Instant Pot Apple Cider is so flavorful, and really easy to make. You'll have some hot spiced apple cider ready in no time with this quick recipe! It's perfect for chilly fall nights and holiday parties. This cider with apples, oranges, cranberries, and cinnamon will warm everyone right up!

6 apples sliced 1 orange thinly sliced ⅓ cup cranberries fresh or frozen 2 cinnamon sticks 1 clove 2 star anise 1 fresh rosemary sprig ½ cup brown sugar ¼ cup maple syrup Juice from ½ lemon Water enough to fill the Instant Pot until all ingredients are covered Extra cinnamon, rosemary, or star anise for garnish
Place the apple slices, orange slices, and cranberries in the Instant Pot.

Add the cinnamon sticks, clove, anise, rosemary, sugar, syrup, and lemon juice.

Add water to the Instant Pot until all of the ingredients are covered. Stir everything together.

Place the lid and seal. Select HIGH and set the timer for 15 minutes. After cooking for 15 minutes, let the valve release naturally.
Mash the softened fruit to release additional juices.
Strain the apple cider mixture from the Instant Pot into a heatproof jar. Discard the solids and enjoy!
