With just 30 minutes of cook time, Air Fryer Chicken Wings are a quick and delicious appetizer. These Buffalo chicken wings are meaty, crispy, juicy, and full of flavor!
Spray the basket of an air fryer with cooking spray. Preheat at 360°F for 5 minutes.
Pat the chicken wings dry and season generously with salt.
2 pounds chicken wings, Kosher salt
Place the wings in the fryer basket so they are not touching.
Air fry for 12 minutes, then carefully flip the wings and fry for another 12 minutes.
Flip the wings again, increase the heat to 400°F and fry for 5 minutes, or until the outsides are crispy.
While the wings cook, place the butter in a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl and melt, in two 30-second intervals if necessary. Whisk in the hot sauce.
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, ½ cup Buffalo sauce
Toss the cooked wings in the Buffalo mixture to coat. Serve with dressing and veggies.
