Fresh, delicious and healthy, this cilantro lime salmon is cooked to perfection in the air fryer. Ready to serve in less than half and hour, this recipe is perfect for an easy weeknight dinner after a long day.
Before cooking, bring the salmon to room temperature and dry off any moisture with a paper towel. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
2 skin-on salmon fillets
In a small bowl, stir the oil and Goya seasoning together until combined.
10 grams Goya Foods Sazón con Culantro y Achiote, 2 tablespoons avocado oil
Rub the seasoning over each salmon fillet until thoroughly coated.
Place one salmon fillet skin-side down in the air fryer. Cook for 11-13 minutes, or until you can flake the center of the fillet with your finger and the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Repeat with the second fillet.
In another small bowl, combine the cilantro, lime juice, and lime zest together.
½ cup cilantro, ¼ cup fresh lime juice, 1 teaspoon lime zest
Brush or spoon the cilantro mixture evenly over each fillet and serve with lime wedges.
