Ingredients

  • 12 ounces strong black coffee 340 grams, chilled if possible (but optional if you're in a hurry!)
  • ½ cup sugar-free caramel creamer 114 grams
  • ½ cup almond milk 114 grams (or skim milk)
  • 3 cups ice more or less depending on how frozen you want your frappe

Optional Toppings

  • Fat-free whipped cream or frozen whipped topping
  • Sugar-free caramel sauce

Instructions

  • In a large blender, blend the coffee, creamer, almond milk, and ice until smooth.
    12 ounces strong black coffee, ½ cup sugar-free caramel creamer, ½ cup almond milk, 3 cups ice

Notes

  • Feel free to use full-fat and full-sugar ingredients, if you desire.
  • Use any kind of milk you like.
  • Feel free to add a splash of your favorite liqueur for an adults-only drink!
