Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh red raspberries muddled
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • crushed ice
  • 3 ounces vodka I love Titos
  • 1/2 cup ginger ale

Instructions

  • Muddle the raspberries and place half in the bottom of each glass.
  • Add in agave nectar, lemon juice, and ice.
  • Top with 1.5 ounces of vodka per glass and add Ginger ale to fill.
  • Serve with raspberries and lemon for garnish, and a sugared rim if desired.

Notes

  • If you don't have a muddler, use the handle end of a wooden spoon to crush the berries.
  • You can swap agave for honey if you like.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lemon wedge.
  • Sugaring the rim of each glass is a quick and easy way to elevate the look of the cocktail.
  • To make this drink non-alcoholic, leave out the vodka. It still tastes great!
