Strawberry Margarita Punch is the perfect cocktail to make for a crowd! We make this fun cocktail every summer and I cannot get enough. Make it kid-friendly by leaving out the tequila.
16ouncesstrawberrieschopped. (or 16 ounces frozen strawberries for easier mixing)
12ouncecan frozen limeade concentratethawed
4cupswater
1tablespoonagave nectaradd another tablespoon, depending on how sweet you want the punch
1.5cups tequilause a good-quality brand
2cupsorange juice
4cupsstrawberry sodaor diet soda
1/4cupsugar
2Limes sliced, for garnish
8strawberriessliced or whole, for garnish
Salt to rim glassesoptional
Instructions
Put chopped strawberries, sugar, and 1 cup water into a food processor and pulse until smooth.
Pour the strawberry mixture into a large pitcher. Add limeade, orange juice, soda, agave nectar, tequila, and the remaining 3 cups of water. Stir, stir, stir!
Serve over ice, garnished with strawberries and limes. Salt the rim of your glasses for an added margarita flair. Enjoy!

If you think you might have leftovers to save, don't add the soda to the pitcher. Instead, add about 1/3 cup of soda to each individual glass, so that you won't have to deal with flat soda the next day.
Frozen or fresh strawberries will work fine in this recipe, although fresh berries have a much more robust flavor. If you use frozen berries, use sweetened strawberries and skip the added sugar in the recipe.
Salting the rims of your glasses will give that added extra margarita touch to your drinks!
