Add a mix of berries, lettuce, feta, and poppyseed dressing into mason jars to make individual-sized salads you can bring to potlucks, picnics, and more.

  • 2 Mason Jars

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons poppy seed dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 2 cups spring mix lettuce

Instructions

  • To assemble your mason jars, start by pouring in 2 tablespoons of poppy seed dressing into each jar. Top with ½ cup strawberries, ¼cup feta, ¼ cup blueberries, and finally 1 cup lettuce. Repeat with the second mason jar.
    4 tablespoons poppy seed dressing, 1 cup chopped strawberries, ½ cup crumbled feta cheese, ½ cup blueberries, 2 cups spring mix lettuce
  • To eat, shake vigorously and enjoy straight from the jar or poured into a bowl.

Notes

  • Make sure the salad dressing goes on the bottom so your lettuce doesn't get soggy!
  • Shake well before serving.
Storage: Store mason jar salad sealed in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
