Prepare tea by heating milk in a medium saucepan set over medium heat.
1 cup milk
Add the tea bags and cinnamon stick and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes.
4 chai tea bags, 1 cinnamon stick
Remove from heat and allow to steep for 5 more minutes before removing cinnamon and tea bags.
Allow to cool for 20 minutes.
Add the cooled tea and ice cream (and Bailey's if you're over 21) to a blender and pulse until well combined. If too thin, add more ice cream or ice to the mixture.
2 cups coffee ice cream, A splash of Bailey's Irish Cream
Serve topped with whipped cream and ground nutmeg.

Notes
Don't boil the milk. It should just be at a very low simmer.
Let the milk cool before adding it to a blender. You can speed up this process by placing it in the fridge.
