Pulled Beef Burritos are the perfect way to enjoy summer outside! BBQ has never been better than in a HUGE burrito! These grilled brisket burritos are stuffed with cilantro lime rice, black beans, and tons of cheese. YUM!

2 Large 12 inch flour tortillas 1 package Farm Rich Smokehouse Pulled Beef Brisket prepared according to package instructions 2 cups white rice cooked 1/4 cup light sour cream 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 1/4 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped 1 15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup bbq sauce
In a medium bowl, combine the rice, sour cream, cilantro, and lime juice. Stir until fully combined and creamy. Set aside.
Fill each tortilla with half of the rice, beans, beef, and cheese. Roll like a burrito, bringing in and tucking in the sides to seal.
Brush the top of each burrito liberally with bbq sauce.
Grill each burrito over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the tortilla is crispy and to your liking.
Share with friends and enjoy! Each burrito can serve 1-4 people, depending on how hungry you are.
