This Gooey Butter Cake Martini recipe is a delicious way to drink your dessert! It's made with the flavors of white chocolate, hazelnut, vanilla, and butterscotch schnapps for a decadent, indulgent, creamy cocktail.   • 2 ounces Pearl Vodka Black Pearl or Vanilla Bean
  • 2 ounces White Chocolate Liqueur
  • splash or about 1/2 ounce Hazelnut Liqueur (like Frangelico)
  • 1 ounce Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 3 ounces 1 shot heavy cream or whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract if not using the Pearl Vanilla Bean, optional


  • Add all of the ingredients along with ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake to combine.
  • Pour into martini glasses and garnish with a dash of ground cinnamon (just a smidgen)
