¼cupfinely chopped dark chocolate43 grams, bittersweet or semisweet
½tablespoonraw honey11 grams
1tablespooncoconut oil14 grams
1frozen bananachopped
1cupkale67 grams
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a large, high-powered blender, and blend until smooth. If too thick, add more almond milk or water and blend once more.
⅓ cup Bob’s Red Mill Chocolate Protein Powder, 1 cup water, 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, ½ avocado, 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, ¼ cup finely chopped dark chocolate, ½ tablespoon raw honey, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 1 frozen banana, 1 cup kale
Pour equally into 2 glasses.
