Maple Pumpkin Salad Dressing is the best autumn salad dressing recipe! Nothing says fall like pumpkin, and a bit of maple adds a rich flavor to it. This homemade salad dressing goes with all of your fall salad ideas, and it's the perfect kale salad dressing!

1 cup 100% pure pumpkin purée ½ cup cider vinegar ¼ cup pure maple syrup 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 clove garlic minced ¾ teaspoon fine sea salt or kosher salt ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice see recipe 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes ¾ teaspoon herbes de Provence or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves 1 cup good olive oil
Combine all ingredients, except the oil, in a blender and process on purée until well blended.
With the blender on low, drizzle in the oil and process until the dressing is homogenous.
Pour into a lidded, glass container and refrigerate until ready to use. Stir or shake well before each use.
The dressing will keep up to 7 days.
