Fantasy Fudge Recipe
Fantasy Fudge is a super easy Christmas fudge recipe that anyone can make. There are many different variations for this marshmallow creme fudge, and it makes a fun gift too. This Fantasy Fudge recipe will be loved by all!
- 2/3 c. Evaporated Milk
- 3 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. butter 1 1/2 sticks
- 1 jar Marshmallow Creme - I use Kraft Jet-Puffed - regular size or 2/3rd of large jar.
- 1 pkg. Ghirardelli Chocolate Chips - I use milk chocolate
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- Whole Cashews - opt. - use whatever you like best
Line small loaf pans with aluminum foil or parchment paper, then spray the liner...or line a mini-cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
Combine milk, sugar and butter in a heavy saucepan
Bring to a boil and boil until the temperature reaches 234 degrees on a candy thermometer. Approx. 4-5 minutes at a rolling boil.
After the sugar mixture reaches 234 degrees, remove from the heat.
Add the Marshmallow Creme, Vanilla and Chocolate Chips.
Pour the fudge into the prepared pans and let set.
Remove and store in an airtight container.
This freezes well.
