Blue Cheese Dip is the perfect veggie dip for parties, holidays, and game day. This yogurt and cream cheese dip recipe is smoky, cheesy, and full of flavor. You need this cold dip recipe for crackers, veggies, and more. It's easy to make and super tasty!

Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper or black pepper
  • 1-2 teaspoons hot sauce like Tobasco Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon smoky paprika
  • juice from ½ lemon
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • ½ teaspoon dried chives or 1 teaspoon freshly sliced chives
  • 1 package 3.5 ounces Honey Roasted Pecan Pieces
  • milk 1 tablespoon at-a-time if needed

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, yogurt, pepper, hot sauce, paprika and lemon juice until well blended.
  • Gently stir in blue cheese, ¾ of the pecans and ½ of the chives.
  • Place in a serving bowl, sprinkle with extra chives and pecans.
  • Serve immediately or place in an airtight container and serve as needed. The dip will keep up to 1 week. *See note.
  • Serve with crackers, raw vegetables, apples and/or pears.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

*Note: At the time of serving, if the dip has become too thick, add milk, 1-tablespoon at-a-time, until desired consistency is achieved.
