Ingredients

  • ½ cup Almond Breeze Almondmilk Blended with Real Bananas 114 grams
  • 1 ripe banana mashed (plus more for serving)
  • 1 large egg 50 grams
  • 2 large egg whites 70 grams
  • 2 tablespoons honey 44 grams
  • 2 cups rolled oats 200 grams (SEE NOTE)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder 12 grams
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 4 grams

Optional Toppings

  • Sliced Strawberries or other berries
  • Maple Syrup
  • Mini Chocolate Chips
  • Banana Slices
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Whipped Cream
  • Almond Butter

Instructions

  • Place Almond Breeze Almondmilk Blended with Real Bananas, banana, egg and egg whites, honey, oats, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and vanilla in a high powered blender.
    ½ cup Almond Breeze Almondmilk Blended with Real Bananas, 1 ripe banana, 1 large egg, 2 large egg whites, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 cups rolled oats, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ¾ teaspoon kosher salt, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Blend until completely smooth.
  • Heat a large griddle or cast iron skillet over medium heat. Spray with nonstick spray.
  • Use a ⅓-cup measuring cup to pour batter the onto the griddle in a circle.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes for the first side, watching for the batter to begin to bubble before flipping.
  • Turn and cook for 1-2 more minutes, or until pancake is browned on both sides to your liking.
  • Top with all the fixings and enjoy!
    Maple Syrup, Mini Chocolate Chips, Banana Slices, Coconut Flakes, Whipped Cream, Almond Butter, Sliced Strawberries or other berries

Notes

  • NOTE: You can substitute the rolled oats with 1 cup all-purpose flour and 1 cup almond flour.
  • You can use maple syrup in place of the honey.
