This pineapple appetizer can be served hot or cold and is made with just four ingredients!

- 12 slices bacon cut in half
- 24 chunks pineapple
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
Preheat oven to 400F
Wrap each chunk pineapple in 1/2 slice bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place on a bakings sheet fitted with a baking rack.
In a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar and soy sauce.
Brush each bacon wrapped pineapple in the brown sugar mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
Serve hot or cold.
