Ingredients

  • 8 ounces sharp yellow cheddar cubed
  • 8 ounces sharp white cheddar cubed
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup of your favorite beer to make things kid friendly, use non-alcoholic beer
  • chips crackers, cubed bread, or sliced veggies for dipping

Instructions

  • Add the cubed cheese to a food processor and pulse on high until smooth. A ball might form and that’s fine.
  • Add the garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, and mustard. Again, pulse to combine.
  • Turn the food processor to high. Using the hole in the lid, pour in the beer slowly. You might want to add a bit more beer depending on your desired texture, but for me ½ cup was great.
  • Place in a bowl and serve with chips, crackers, cubed bread, or sliced veggies.
  • Enjoy!
