This Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese sandwich combines two of the tastiest things in the world - pulled pork and grilled cheese! Sweet and smoky pork with creamy cheese in a sandwich - it doesn't get more satisfying than this!

1cupfrench fried onion straws
1/4cupmayonnaise
Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add in the pulled pork and bbq sauce and toss to combine. Cook until just heated through and fully combined. Remove from the heat.
Layer 4 slices of Artesano Brioche Bread with the sliced American, onion straws, pulled pork, one more slice American, and bread. Spread the outside of both slices of bread with mayonnaise. SEE NOTE.
Heat another large nonstick skillet over medium low heat. Allow the skillet to get hot.
Toast sandwiches in batches, cooking undisturbed for 2-3 minutes per side until browned to your liking.
Serve with onion rings, French fries, or coleslaw. Enjoy!
Notes
NOTE: Don't overstuff your sandwich. We want to keep it relatively thin so that it all melts together well and stays intact when you flip.
