We have taken our favorite Bulletproof Coffee Recipe and turned it into a creamy smoothie, just perfect for starting any day. You can make this Keto Coffee Smoothie from scratch or use pre-made Bulletproof Cold Brew Coffee, the choice is yours!
Brew 1 cup strong coffee using the ground coffee and filtered water.
Add the hot coffee, MCT oil and ghee to a high powered blender. Blend until frothy and totally combined. This is your Bulletproof Coffee and if you prefer a hot cup of coffee in the morning, you can stop right here!
Keeping the Bulletproof Coffee in the blender, add the Collagen Powder, Greek yogurt, and ice.
Blend until combined. If you'd like you can add more ice to achieve your desired consistency.
