  • 16 ounces chopped pecans
  • 24 ounces chocolate almond bark
  • 4 ounces German chocolate bar
  • 11 ounces caramel bits
  • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Holiday sprinkles optional

  • Place pecans, chocolate almond bark, and German chocolate bar into the crockpot
  • Cover and cook on low for 90 minutes
  • Stir the melted chocolate to completely coat the pecans
  • Add the caramel bits, stirring to combine with the other ingredients, and allow to melt for about 3-5 minutes
  • Scoop the chocolate covered pecans out and place on a sheet of parchment paper, leaving space between each turtle candy
  • Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave safe container in 15-20 second bursts, stirring each time until smooth
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate chips over the clusters and garnish with holiday sprinkles (if desired)
  • Allow to set completely before serving
  • Enjoy!

  • Use parchment paper to place the turtles on. They will be really easy to remove this way to serve.
  • Allow about 30 minutes for the chocolate turtles to set in the fridge. If you are in a hurry, you can chill them in the freezer.
  • These are perfect for gift giving! Place in a cellophane bag, add a gift tag and you're done!
