This sour cream and onion chip dip is perfect in its simplicity. So much fresh and tastier than store-bought and it takes minutes to whip up a batch. Happy dipping!

  • Mix the cream cheese until smooth then add the onion powder and stir until combined.

  • Then add the sour cream and mayonnaise and stir to combine.

  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes then serve with your favorite chips.

Notes

  • For a garlic dip, simply swap the onion powder for garlic powder.
  • Soften the cream cheese before using so it's easy to make smooth. I like to take mine out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before I plan to make this dip.
  • Nutritional values are based on one cup of the dip.
    Storage: Store sour cream and onion dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep refrigerated and don't leave at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
