  • Combine the milk, cream, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice in a milk frother and froth for 30 seconds, or until your desired thickness.
    ¼ cup whole milk, ¼ cup heavy cream, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree, ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • To serve, fill a glass with ice, add the cold brew, and top with the pumpkin foam. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • If you don’t have a milk frother, you can also make the sweet cream in a blender or in a mason jar (but the mason jar requires a lot of arm strength).
  • This coffee drink is best served as soon as it's ready.
  • Use a pure pumpkin puree for this recipe, not a pumpkin pie filling which has added spices and sugars.
