Homemade Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Recipe

Skip the lines at Starbucks and make your very own pumpkin cream cold brew at home instead. Full of the flavors of fall, cold brew coffee is topped with a pumpkin spice cream for one delicious drink.
Combine the milk, cream, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice in a milk frother and froth for 30 seconds, or until your desired thickness.
¼ cup whole milk, ¼ cup heavy cream, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree, ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
To serve, fill a glass with ice, add the cold brew, and top with the pumpkin foam. Enjoy immediately.

- If you don’t have a milk frother, you can also make the sweet cream in a blender or in a mason jar (but the mason jar requires a lot of arm strength).
- This coffee drink is best served as soon as it's ready.
- Use a pure pumpkin puree for this recipe, not a pumpkin pie filling which has added spices and sugars.
