Whip up an instant caffeine boost with this delicious Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso recipe! It’s easy to make, sweet, and perfect to enjoy when you're in the mood for a pick-me-up.
Combine the water, brown sugar, and cinnamon stick in a small saucepan set over medium heat.
½ cup water, ½ cup brown sugar, 1 cinnamon stick
Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until the sugar has dissolved.
Remove from the heat, add the vanilla, and cover to steep for 15 minutes.

To store, remove the cinnamon stick, transfer to an airtight container, and refrigerate for up to 7 days.
For the Shaken Espresso
Fill a mason jar or cocktail shaker with ice. Add the espresso and brown sugar syrup. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
