- 8 slices Texas toast
- 4 ounces pizza sauce
- 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 24 slices pepperoni
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Place the Texas toast slices onto the prepared pan. Bake for 2 minutes, flip, and bake for 2 more minutes.

Remove the toast from the oven. Spread a layer of pizza sauce onto each slice.
4 ounces pizza sauce
Sprinkle each slice of toast with cheese and top with pepperoni.

Bake for 6-7 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Serve warm and enjoy.
- Toppings: Any pizza toppings are delicious on these Texas toast pizzas! Try caramelized onions, roasted vegetables, mushrooms, chopped green peppers, sliced olives or tomatoes, etc. Use your favorites! If using meats like sausage or bacon, make sure it’s cooked first.
- Add a little spice to each slice of this pizza with some crushed red pepper flakes.
