The bright swimming-pool-blue color is perfect for this summer cocktail, made with the tropical flavors of coconut and pineapple!

- 2 ounces fresh pineapple juice
- 1½ ounces coconut rum
- 1 ounce blue curacao liqueur
- 1 ounce cream of coconut
- Pineapple wedges for garnish
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
Add the pineapple juice, rum, curacao liqueur, and cream of coconut into a shaker filled with ice. Shake until the mixture is well chilled.
2 ounces fresh pineapple juice, 1½ ounces coconut rum, 1 ounce blue curacao liqueur, 1 ounce cream of coconut
Pour it into a hurricane glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
