The bright swimming-pool-blue color is perfect for this summer cocktail, made with the tropical flavors of coconut and pineapple!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces fresh pineapple juice
  • ounces coconut rum
  • 1 ounce blue curacao liqueur
  • 1 ounce cream of coconut
  • Pineapple wedges for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the pineapple juice, rum, curacao liqueur, and cream of coconut into a shaker filled with ice. Shake until the mixture is well chilled.
    2 ounces fresh pineapple juice, 1½ ounces coconut rum, 1 ounce blue curacao liqueur, 1 ounce cream of coconut
  • Pour it into a hurricane glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.

Notes

  • Non-Alcoholic Version: Swap out the rum for pineapple juice or coconut water, and swap the Curacao for blue Hawaiian punch.
