In a medium bowl, toss the chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
30 ounces chickpeas, ¼ cup olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon ground paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Place half of the seasoned chickpeas in the air fryer basket and spread them out in a single layer.
Air fry the chickpeas for 10-12 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Once done, remove the chickpeas from the air fryer and repeat the process with the remaining chickpeas then serve.
