Tasty and healthy, this crunchy snack is made by roasting chickpeas in an air fryer until they are crispy, crunchy and seasoned with various herbs and spices. These make for a satisfying snack or a flavorful addition to salads!

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F.

  • In a medium bowl, toss the chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until the chickpeas are evenly coated.

  • Place half of the seasoned chickpeas in the air fryer basket and spread them out in a single layer.

  • Air fry the chickpeas for 10-12 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.

  • Once done, remove the chickpeas from the air fryer and repeat the process with the remaining chickpeas then serve.

Notes

Storage: Store air fryer chickpeas in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
