Grilled Banana Split Pound Cake + a GIVEAWAY!

Grilled Banana Split Poundcake is the perfect easy dessert to make on the grill this summer! Yum!

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 2 cups strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 4 slices pineapple
  • 4 slices poundcake I used Sara Lee
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Hot fudge chocolate sauce, or chocolate magic shell
  • maraschino cherries
  • 2 Tablespoons Mazola Corn Oil

Instructions

  • Brush both sides of each piece of pound cake with Mazola Corn Oil
  • Place the strawberries, banana, and pineapple on the grill atop a sheet of aluminum foil (optional). Grill for approximately 5-10 minutes, or until heated through. The strawberries will juice slightly when done
  • While grilling the fruit, place the cake on the grill, watching closely. Flip after about 3 minutes to grill both sides of the cake
  • Once done, assemble your Banana Splits by placing poundcake on a plate or bowl and topping with fruit, ice cream, chocolate, and cherry.
  • Enjoy!
