Easy Apple Pie Roll Ups

Apple Pie Roll Ups are flaky and sweet with warm apple filling. They taste like you spent hours baking a pie from scratch but only take minutes to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 2 eggs or 1 cup egg white
  • cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  • unroll pie crust and place on lightly floured surface
  • place contents of can apple pie filling into blender or food processer and blend to desired consistency
  • spread pie filling on pie crust, leaving about 1/2 inch around the outside
  • carefully roll up pie crust and seal the top
  • mix eggs with a splash of water and brush over rollup
  • sprinkle rollups with cinnamon sugar
  • bake at 350 for 12-20 minutes, until crust is browned and flakey
  • cut into 1 inch slices
  • serve warm or refrigerate and serve cold!
