Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 6 ounces light rum optional
  • Fresh mint for garnish
  • Gold sanding sugar for garnish if desired

Instructions

  • in a blender, blend banana, coconut milk, pineapple, and rum. Pulse until completely pureed and smooth.
  • Rim the glass with water and dip into sanding sugar (if desired). Pour cocktail into your martini glass, and garnish with fresh mint if desired.
  • Enjoy!
