Apple & Cranberry Baked Brie Bites

Apple and cranberry are two of my favorite flavors for fall. Throw in brie and some puff pastry, and you have a beautiful, delicious, and INCREDIBLY easy dessert. You'll wow you're guests. they'll never need to know exactly how easy this little treat is to make :)

  • 1 package Pillsbury puff pastry dough thaw for at least 45 minutes before using
  • 1 cup apple pie filling
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce with whole berries
  • 8 oz brie cheese


  • preheatĀ oven to 375F
  • cut puff pastry into 3-4 inch squares
  • grease or spray a muffin tin
  • push pastry squares down into each muffin mold, 1 per mold
  • drop in 1 inch cube of brie into each spot (or 1/2 of each small wedge)
  • top with either apple pie filling or cranberry sauce (I cut the apple pie filling into smaller pieces before topping)
  • bake for 15-20 minutes or until puff pastry is brown around edges and brie is melted
  • enjoy!
