Apple and cranberry are two of my favorite fall flavors. Throw in some brie and puff pastry, and you have a beautiful, delicious, and incredibly easy dessert. You'll wow you're guests and they never need to know exactly how easy this little treat is to make!
Print Recipe
1 package puff pastry dough thaw for at least 45 minutes before using 1 cup canned apple pie filling 1 cup canned cranberry sauce with whole berries 8 oz brie cheese cut in cubes
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cut puff pastry into 12 squares, each about 4 inches. Grease or spray a muffin tin
Push pastry squares down into each muffin cavity, 1 per mold
Drop a 1-inch cube of brie into each spot.
Top with either apple pie filling or cranberry sauce. (I cut the apple pie filling into smaller pieces before topping.)
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until puff pastry is brown around the edges and the brie is melted.
Enjoy!
