- 20 oz. cherry or grape tomatoes halved
- 8 oz. burrata cheese
- ½ cup basil loosely packed
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- drizzle balsamic reduction

Arrange the tomatoes in a single layer on a serving plate.

Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic reduction.
