Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook, stirring and breaking up the meat, until the onion is translucent and the meat is browned.

Stir in the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1-2 more minutes.

Pour the mixture into your prepared pie plate and top with the cheese. Set aside.
1 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese
In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, bisquick, and eggs. Slowly and evenly pour over the meat and cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. Serve with your favorite burger toppings.
