1 3.9 ounce package instant fat-free pistachio pudding mix 2 cups skim milk 1 cup low-fat whipped topping 1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained 1 10-ounce package mini marshmallows 1/4-1/2 cup sweet coconut toasted
In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Whisk 2 minutes.
Add pineapple, marshmallows and coconut.
Mix well, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, spoon fluff into serving dishes and garnish with toasted coconut.
