Get the goodness in with this four ingredient wellness shot. Fresh and zingy, this orange ginger shot is loaded with vitamins and minerals to help you feel fresh and rejuvenated.

Ingredients

  • 3.5 ounces ginger root
  • 3 lemons
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  • Peel the oranges, lemons and the ginger (note 1)
  • Put all ingredients into your blender and blend for around 50-60 seconds until smooth (note 2)

Notes

  • Note 1: If your ginger is organic you don´t need to peel it, just remove dry and stringy pieces
  • Note 2: If your blender is not powerful enough to blend very finely, for example blending spinach until it is so fine you don´t see pieces anymore, you might want to juice the fruits first.
