Easy to make and delicious to eat, these Juicy Lucy turkey burgers are stuffed with cheddar cheese for a tasty family dinner. These grilled burgers are always a favorite with the kids!

  • Combine ground turkey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl; mix well.
    1 ½ pounds ground turkey, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon minced onion, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • Form 8, thin 4-inch wide patties. Place 4 on a work surface and top each with 4 quarters of cheese. Top them with the remaining 4 patties, pinching the edges to form a tight seal.

  • Preheat a cast iron skillet (or a grill) to medium heat. Cook burgers until well browned, 5-6 minutes on each side.

Notes

  • Don't over mix the ground turkey with the seasonings. They should be just combined as over mixing can make the burgers tough.
  • Cook the burgers on a preheated grill or skillet. Don't add them to a cold surface or they won't cook through evenly.
  • These turkey burgers are made without breadcrumbs and are gluten-free.
