Line 1 medium baking sheet with aluminum foil. Add 1 cup water to the bottom of the inner pot of your Instant Pot. Place the trivet inside the pot.
In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
2 pounds chicken wings, ¾ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Place wings on top of the trivet. Secure lid and cook on Manual High Pressure for 10 minutes. When cooking has finished, perform a quick release.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter. Whisk in hot sauce. Heat broiler to high.
⅓ cup unsalted butter, ⅓ cup Buffalo sauce
Transfer cooked wings to a large mixing bowl and toss with half of the sauce. Place in a single layer on the baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes, flipping once, until crisp. Return the wings to the bowl and gently toss with the remaining sauce. Serve with your choice of dressing.
Pat the wings dry before coating in the dry seasonings.
Place the wings on the trivet in your Instant Pot so that they aren't touching the water.
