Beer Margarita Recipe

Combine a classic margarita with a light beer to make these easy beergaritas for any party or occasion.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces frozen limeade concentrate (1 can)
  • 16 ounces light beer (2 cans), regular beer works well too
  • ¾ cup tequila
  • Coarse salt optional, for garnish
  • Lime wedges optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the limeade according to package directions (usually you add 4½ cans of water).
    12 ounces frozen limeade concentrate
  • Stir in the beer and tequila. Use more or less tequila to taste.
    16 ounces light beer, ¾ cup tequila
  • Dip the top of each margarita glass in water (or use a lime wedge to coat the top of the glass in lime juice) and then in salt to create the salt rim.

  • Serve over ice with lime wedges as garnish. Enjoy!

  • Toss everything in a blender with some ice cubes for frozen beer margaritas.
