Combine a classic margarita with a light beer to make these easy beergaritas for any party or occasion.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces frozen limeade concentrate (1 can)
  • 16 ounces light beer (2 cans)
  • ¾ cup tequila
  • Coarse salt optional, for garnish
  • Lime wedges optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the limeade according to package directions (usually you add 4½ cans of water).

  • Stir in the beer and tequila. Use more or less tequila to taste.

  • Dip the top of each margarita glass in water (or use a lime wedge to coat the top of the glass in lime juice) and then in salt to create the salt rim.

Notes

  • Try swapping half of the limeade concentrate for orange juice concentrate, pink lemonade concentrate, grapefruit juice concentrate, or raspberry lemonade concentrate!
  • Try adding some mango or guava nectar.
  • For spicy beergaritas, add a diced jalapeño!
Storage: Store beer margaritas in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day or in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
