Combine a handful of herbs and spices from your cabinet, and you'll have the tastiest seasoning mix for your burger patties!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all the seasoning ingredients in a small dish or jar.

  • Use 2-3 teaspoons of burger seasoning per pound of ground meat.

Notes

Yield: This recipe yields just about 5 tablespoons/15 teaspoons of seasoning blend. Use 2-3 teaspoons per 1 pound of hamburger meat.
  • Nutritional information is for 2 teaspoons of seasoning.
Storage: Store in a resealable bag, spice jar, or another airtight container. Keep in the pantry or spice cabinet up to 3 months for best quality.
