Preheat oven to 375°F. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Set aside.
In a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Pat the chicken dry and sprinkle both sides with half of the seasoning mix. Save half of the seasoning mix for later.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Wrap each chicken breast in 2-3 pieces of bacon until it is mostly covered. Sprinkle with the remaining seasonings.
8-12 pieces medium cut bacon
Place onto the wire rack. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. If the bacon is not yet crisp, this will depend on its thickness, broil until crisp. Garnish with parsley and serve.
