If you love caramel, and you love apples, then you already know that the two are a match made in heaven. And if you love both, then you must make his Caramel Cream Cheese Apple Dip.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fat-free cream cheese 227 grams, room temperature (1 brick)
  • 4 ounces light cool whip 114 grams (½ tub)
  • 16 ounces sugar-free caramel sauce 453 grams
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips 85 grams, optional
  • Apple slices for dipping

Instructions

  • Using a hand mixer, blend the cream cheese, Cool Whip, and caramel sauce until well combined.
    8 ounces fat-free cream cheese, 4 ounces light cool whip, 16 ounces sugar-free caramel sauce
  • Mix in white chocolate chips
    ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • You can eat immediately, or refrigerate for about an hour to allow to firm up a bit. Serve with apple slices.

  • You can use full-fat versions of the ingredients for a more indulgent dip.
  • Feel free to leave out the white chocolate chips for a lower-calorie treat (reduces calories by about 81 per serving).
  • Nutritional information does not include apple slices.
