place a tablespoon of filling in the middle of a wonton wrapper
pull each end of the wonton up and pinch corners together. seal with a small amount of water. (see pictures for different ways to fold wonton)
lightly spray a baking sheet and place completed wontons on sheet
after all wontons are on sheet, lightly spray again with cooking spray (to make them brown a crisp slightly better. you could also brush with an egg wash)
bake for 8-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
