Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro preferably fresh
  • 1/4 cup sharp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 8- oz package cream cheese
  • 6 oz cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup bbq sauce plus more for dipping
  • 48 wonton wrappers

Instructions

  • preheat oven to 425
  • mix all ingredients together
  • place a tablespoon of filling in the middle of a wonton wrapper
  • pull each end of the wonton up and pinch corners together. seal with a small amount of water. (see pictures for different ways to fold wonton)
  • lightly spray a baking sheet and place completed wontons on sheet
  • after all wontons are on sheet, lightly spray again with cooking spray (to make them brown a crisp slightly better. you could also brush with an egg wash)
  • bake for 8-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • enjoy!
