Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the Silk Almond Coconut Blend, Cream, Agave Nectar, vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt. Blend completely. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours (this will help it freeze better in the ice cream maker)
Pour into ice cream maker and make according to brand instructions.
When the ice cream is almost finished, add in the chocolate chips and allow them to mix in.
Microwave the fudge for 30 seconds to melt it slightly and allow it to cool a bit.
Pour the ice cream into a container and top with a layer of the melted fudge. Using a knife, swirl the fudge into the ice cream, taking care not to mix it completely (or it will just become chocolate ice cream! Which is still tasty)
Freeze, or serve immediately, topping with the coconut shavings. Enjoy!
