Equipment

  • High Powered Blender

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Bulletproof Brewed Coffee hot
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil*
  • pinch pink salt** optional
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon*** optional

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until fully combined and smooth.
    12 oz. Bulletproof Brewed Coffee, 2 tbsp ghee, 1 tbsp MCT oil*, pinch pink salt**, ½ tsp ground cinnamon***
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy!

*MCT stands for medium-chain triglycerides, a type of fat usually made from coconut or palm oil. It is colorless, odorless, and stays liquid at room temperature, making it easy to blend into coffee, smoothies, and recipes. It may provide quick energy, support mental focus and immunity, suppress hunger, and potentially help with weight loss.
