Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, and seasoning to a large bowl, and toss to combine.

  • Transfer the Brussels sprouts to the Air Fryer basket.

  • Air-fry for 11-12 minutes at 370℉ until browned on the edges.

Notes

  • To change the flavor, simply swap out the listed seasonings in Step 1 for your preferred herbs, spices, or seasonings. The toppings and add-ins in Step 4 can easily be swapped too.
  • Shake the Air Fryer basket halfway through the cook time to help rearrange the sprouts and make sure they're all getting nice and crisp.
Frozen Brussels Sprouts: To Air Fry frozen brussels sprouts, increase the cooking time by 5-10 minutes, until the center is cooked through.
Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 days, or freeze for 3 months.
