Ingredients

  • 1 lb. raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F for 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  • Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Try not to overcrowd the shrimp or they won’t crisp up evenly.
  • Cook the shrimp for 8-9 minutes, until the shrimp has curled up and turned pink, shaking the basket of shrimp halfway through.
  • Remove the shrimp from the air fryer, repeat until all of the shrimp are cooked.
