In a medium bowl, combine the turkey, garlic, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
1 lb. ground turkey, 1 garlic clove, 1 tsp kosher salt, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Divide the mixture into 4 and shape each one into a patty that is no thicker than ¾ inch.
Spray your air fryer basket lightly with olive oil spray and add the turkey burgers.
Cook at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, or until the burgers register 165°F on an instant-read thermometer.
Add one slice of cheese to the top of each burger and cook for an additional 1 minute, or until the cheese is melted.
